I’ve worked in fitness for 4+ years professionally, but have been avidly working in gyms for 8+ years.  I use proven methods to get you to your body composition and overall health goals. These techniques include: 

  • Compound Movements
  • Progressive Overload via load, volume, increased ROM, and tempo
  • Mind-Muscle Connection

By using a strategic and carefully planned  combination of these techniques, I help people of all stages and ages achieve their fitness goals. 

I’ve also developed my own lower body training program , Brock’s School of Booty over the last years. BSOB has proven results in growing the glutes, building lower body muscular endurance, and strengthening the legs, core, and lower back.
