PHYSICAL THERAPIST
favorite workout: Deadlifts all dayyyy

fact you wouldn't guess: Standing at 6'3", I have a terrible fear of heights

As a sports physical therapist, athletic trainer and performance enhancement specialist, I bridge the gap between rehab and sports performance training by breaking down power, strength, and speed to its fundamental mechanics. My treatment style includes hands-on manual therapy for pain relief and introducing new movements into the nervous system followed by individualized programming based on your needs. To ensure you meet your goals, your care will include discussions regarding nutrition, sleep, stress management, and mental health to maximize your outcomes.

I have had extensive experience in treating the professional athlete (NFL, NHL, NBA, MLS, MLB, PGA), Division I-III collegiate athletes and high school athletes with a special interest in working with fitness athletes of all levels (i.e. casual exercise, CrossFit, bodybuilding, weightlifting, powerlifting). If you are looking to optimize your performance, recover from surgery, get out of pain, or return to the athletic activities you enjoy, I can help you reach those goals!
